RETURNS

 

Returns within Europe:
– You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Returns within Italy are subject to a fixed fee of €5, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
– In the case of a return, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product, which can be used for a future purchase on our website.
– The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Returns from Non-EU Countries:
– For returns from countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Return Procedure:
– Contact our customer service to start the return process.
– You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
– Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit (for Italy) or a refund according to the applicable policy.

Important Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
