The following general terms and conditions govern the online sales contract for the website www.autorebrand.it(hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), owned by the company Reform S.r.l. All orders placed through this Website, as well as the related deliveries and services, are governed exclusively by the general terms and conditions of sale stated below, effective at the time the order is placed.
Any differing terms and conditions proposed by the customer are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

DEFINITION AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
When placing an order to purchase a product from Autorebrand, the Company will send an email confirming receipt of the order and containing its details. The order constitutes an offer to purchase a product, which is accepted by Autorebrand only when the product is shipped and confirmed via a shipping confirmation email ("Shipping Confirmation Email"). Acceptance is considered complete once the Shipping Confirmation Email is sent. Any products from the same order not included in the shipping confirmation do not form part of the contract. The customer is entering into a contract with Autorebrand by placing the order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Website’s IT system is designed to ensure immediate order processing and displays product availability in real-time. If an order exceeds the available stock, the Company will notify the customer either before or at the time of the contract and, if necessary, refund any payments received, in accordance with Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005

Autorebrand reserves the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if there are valid grounds to suspect that products purchased online are intended for commercial resale.

PRICES
Prices are those listed on the website www.autorebrand.it at the time of the order.
For shipments to countries within the EU subject to VAT, prices include VAT (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary). For non-EU shipments, prices are displayed excluding VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are automatically added to the total during checkout based on the selected shipping method.
